Meet Lauren Trotnow, Director of Recruitment and Selection
Lauren Trotnow joined Cornerstone Financial Group in 2010. Lauren originated from Chicago where she graduated with honors in 2002 from Elmhurst College having earned a degree in Interpersonal Communications with a focus on Public Relations and Advertising.
Lauren spent a brief period of time working for a national television station where she interned on a popular daytime television show before transitioning to Milwaukee. Lauren has worked the past eight years in Sales and Marketing Management. She also enjoys investing in real estate and is a physical fitness enthusiast.
Lauren is passionate about educating others on the rewarding career opportunity offered by the Cornerstone Financial Group. The most gratifying aspect of Lauren’s career is in supporting others who have an entrepreneurial vision. Meet Ashtin Kitzerow, Director of Internship Recruitment Ashtin Kitzerow joined Cornerstone Financial Group in 2011. Ashtin is a 2008 alumnus of the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point with a degree in Communication-Public Relations and an International Studies Minor. Her most valuable experience during this time was her internship with the leading Online PR Company for the UK’s music industry in London. As Director of Internship Recruitment, Ashtin is passionate about educating college students about the wonderful opportunities presented to them as a Financial Representative Intern. Ashtin is not only passionate about her career; she is passionate about giving back to her community through coaching middle school volleyball at St. Sebastian School in Milwaukee. Meet Kathleen Gohsman, Director of Internship Recruitment Katie Gohsman joined Cornerstone Financial Group in 2011. Katie graduated from St. Norbert College in 2006 having earned a degree in Communication. While at St. Norbert, she played Division III Soccer and studied abroad in Australia. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family. As an internship recruiter for The Cornerstone Financial Group, Katie helps college students learn more about how an internship with Northwestern Mutual can provide the rewards and opportunities of self-employment--flexibility, having a positive impact on people's lives, and virtually unlimited earning potential.
