Michael R Butz, CLU®, ChFC®, CLTCFinancial Representative Mike Butz has been with Cornerstone Financial Group since 1977; his career as a Financial Representative started after serving in the US Navy and finishing college at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. His experience and expertise makes Mike a valuable resource for not his clients but for his peers as well. Mike’s career with Northwestern started a family legacy; his son, Michael S. Butz, is also a Financial Representative in the Chicago area. Gina M Natoli, CLTCFinancial Representative Gina Natoli began her career with Cornerstone Financial Group – Mequon after graduating from St. Norbert College in 2000. Gina sees her role as Financial Representative as a life-long learning experience: “I feel like I have been in school getting my Master’s degree for the past nine years,” says Natoli, when referring to the challenge of building her business in the financial services industry. In additional successfully building her practice, over the course of her career she has been involved in the organization's recruiting efforts and serves as mentor for new financial representatives.
Thomas Buettner, CLU®Financial Advisor Tom Buettner joined Cornerstone Financial Group in 2004 after leaving a successful career in media marketing. He was looking for an opportunity to interact with and help people, while continuing to learn and grow in his career. Tom has found a niche working with first generation entrepreneurs and business executives. Michael S SheppardFinancial Representative Michael Sheppard joined Cornerstone Financial Group – Brookfield in 2005. Michael attended North Dakota State University with a football scholarship and was offered the opportunity to play for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers upon graduation; he also coached at NDSU and then played arena football for the Omaha Beef. After pursuing his football dreams Michael Sheppard wanted to take advantage of his education and enter a demanding, competitive field, which would reward hard working individuals. Michael also wanted to do something where he would be doing a good service to the people he encountered. His coaching experience gives Michael the drive to serve as a mentor for new Financial Representatives while maintaining a healthy personal practice.
